Polyester-Fibre Feedstocks

Materials are also sourced all over Western Europe and are used in textile recycling mainly in Italy, in Belgium and Germany .
 
They are processed by garnetting machines to make a kind of staple fibre that can be used 

• as filling material for e.g. matresses or other home furniture products
• for production of geosynthetics (soil reinforcement/erosion control) in civil engineering and non-woven products
• for filling toys
• for spinning filaments for lesser demanding applications
